LARS Latin American Risk Services network, is very pleased to invite you to our LARS 2017 Workshop!

Once again our meeting will be held at the Biltmore Hotel in Miami, FL., from October 22nd to 23rd, 2017. The attendance fee will be of US$ 500 for LARS members. These figures DO NOT include your hotel accommodation.

Since the hotel has limited room availability, you will need to arrange your booking as per below details BEFORE September 21st, 2017 or else the Biltmore Hotel may reserve the right to change the room rates already agreed.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

For guest convenience, charges for special services not included in room rate are combined into a single daily fee of $22.00 added to the guest account, to provide for maid service gratuities, daily admission to the Biltmore Fitness Center, guest’s choice of daily newspaper, unlimited local calls, long distance access on credit card and outbound collect calls, in-room high speed internet, bellman gratuities for arrivals and departures, and automobile self-parking.

OVERNIGHT PARKING

There will be a $32.00 parking fee per night inclusive of tax for each vehicle valet parked, and $18.00 inclusive of tax for daily visitor valet parking. This charge may be posted to the individual’s account or to the master account. A self-parking area, located on the West lot, is also available at no charge.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Check-in time at The Biltmore Hotel is 3:00pm. Accommodations prior to check-in time will be handled on a space available basis only. We recommend that early check-ins be reserved for the previous night, in order to allow immediate access to the guest’s room.

Check-out time at The Biltmore Hotel is 12:00pm. Late check-out requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Check-outs between 12:00pm and 3:00pm will be charged a half-day rate and any check-outs after 3:00pm will be charged the full night’s rate.
